If you opt to make payment through a Check or Money Order in ExpressExtension, follow the steps below to complete your tax payment.

• Download and print the extension form once e-filed through ExpressExtension.
• Attach the Extension Form with the check or money order.
• Do not send cash. Make your check or money order payable to the "United States Treasury."
• Write your social security number, daytime phone number, and "2023 Form Name'’on your check or money order.
• Do not staple or attach your payment to the Form.
• Send the Extension Form with your payment to the appropriate mailing address. Note: The mailing address depends on the place where you live.
