We are confident in the acceptance of your IRS extension form 7004 when you e-file with us. Occasionally, your return may not be accepted on the first attempt. However, our team will work with you to resolve errors and achieve acceptance. If the IRS rejects your return as a duplicate filing with error code [F7004-011-03] or [R0000-902-01], we will issue a full 100% refund as per the following terms:
- Your refund is automatic. It typically takes about three business days for the refund to appear on your credit card.
- For your security, we will refund the amount to the same credit card that was used to pay the processing fee.
- If you filed the return using a prepaid card, then the refund will be credited to your bank account. No Money will be refunded to your credit card.
Please note that the Express Guarantee does not apply to packages that include both Form 4868 and Form 7004. If you have chosen a package pricing option and e-filed both forms and one of the forms is rejected as duplicate filing, you are not eligible to receive a partial refund under the Express Guarantee refund policy.
