IRS has rejected my individual income tax extension Form 4868 as duplicate filing with error code: R0000-902-01. What should I do?

If you are an individual who transmits a personal tax extension Form 4868 through expressextension and the IRS rejects with error code R0000-902-01 stating they have already received a request for an extension to the same SSN for the tax year.
