What will be the 'IRS Received Date' for my accepted 7004 / 8868 extension form?

The IRS received date will be the actual date when the IRS accepts your form for the very first time. If there are one or more rejections within the 5-calendar-day look-back period, the IRS uses the received date from the earliest rejection (or the Electronic Postmark, if applicable, from the earliest rejection) as the IRS Received Date for the accepted form.
