In general, the due date to file Form 7004 for S-corporations, Multi-Member LLCs, and Partnerships is 11:59 PM on the 15th day of the 3rd month following the close of their tax year (March 15 for calendar year taxpayers). On the other hand, C Corporations are required to file their business tax extension form 7004 by 11:59 PM on the 15th day of the 4th month after the end of their tax year (April 15 for calendar year taxpayers).
