Missouri doesn’t require businesses (Corporation, S-Corporations, partnerships) to file a separate Business Tax extension form if having an approved federal extension by filing Form 7004. The extended deadline for your Missouri return will be the same as the extended deadline of your Federal tax return. Missouri State Tax extension Form can be filed only if the federal tax extension Form 7004 was rejected.

Extension Form to use

  • Form MO-7004, Application for Extension of Time to File Corporation income tax return.
  • Form MO-60, Application for Extension of Time to File Partnership and Fiduciary Income tax return.

Any Special Requirements?
