Due date to file Nebraska Business Tax Extension

  • C-corporation- 15th day of the 4th month following the close of the tax year. For calendar year filers, it is April 15. 
  • S-Corporation- 15th day of the 3rd month following the close of the tax year. For calendar year filers, it is March 15.
  • Partnerships- 15th day of the 3rd month following the close of the tax year. For calendar year filers, it is March 15. 
  • Fiduciaries- 15th day of the 4th month following the close of the tax year. For calendar year filers, it is April 15.
