New Hampshire imposes 2 types of business taxes: the Business Profits Tax (BPT) and the Business Enterprise Tax (BET).
The State of New Hampshire doesn't require entities filing the Business Profits Tax (BPT) and Business Enterprise Tax (BET) returns to file a separate business tax extension. The businesses are entitled to an automatic extension to file a return provided they have paid in full the tax determined to be due by the due date.
New Hampshire Business Extension Form to use
There is no state-specific form to request an extension, as the state of New Hampshire automatically provides the extension for up to 7 months for businesses to file an income tax return with the state.
