How to pay the state tax due?
You can pay your tax due using any of the following methods:
- Pay by check/Money Order- Use Form NJ-1065 V, Payment Voucher if you’re a Partnerships, CBT-100-V, Payment Voucher if you’re a Corporations, Use Form NJ-1041-V if you’re a Fiduciary.
- Pay by E-Check or Credit Card
- Pay Electronically
- Pay by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), if the prior-year tax liability is $10,000 or more.
