Why I could not select one of the organizations to continue bulk e-filing Form 8868?

If you have not provided all the necessary information for the organization, you will not be able to select it. To add information, follow the steps below:

• Click view>> edit. You are able to add/edit the information for that organization.

• Upon adding the required information, you are allowed to select the organization and move to the next step of the filing process by clicking “Continue to E-file”.

Additionally, failing to upload Form 8453-TE with the client's signature could also stop you from moving forward. To proceed, follow the steps below:

• Click on Form 8453-TE to send the form via email or fax to your client for signature.

• Upon receiving the signed Form 8453-TE from your client, upload the file and click Next. 

Now you’re allowed to select the organization and move to the next step of the filing process by clicking “Continue to E-file”.
