What is two-factor authentication?

Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security to your ExpressExtension account.

When signing in with two-factor authentication enabled, you’ll need to provide two forms of identification. First, you’ll enter your password as usual. Then, you’ll be prompted to enter a 6-digit verification code sent to your phone number or generated by your authentication app.

This feature significantly enhances your account’s security by preventing unauthorized access, even if someone has obtained your password through hacking or other illicit means.
