How can I enable two-factor authentication for my account?

Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security to your account. 

Follow the steps below to enable two-factor authentication to your ExpressExtension account:

• Sign in to your ExpressExtension account.
• From the dashboard, Click Quick menu>>My account and choose Two-Factor Authentication.

• To enable it, you first need to install any one of the following authentication apps on your mobile device:

1. Google Authenticator
2. Microsoft Authenticator 
3. 2FA Authenticator 
4. Authy by Twilio 
5. Last Pass 

• Once the app is installed, scan the given QR code using the authenticator app on your mobile device. If you can’t scan the code? Add the account details to your authenticator app.
• After adding the account details, enter the 6-digit verification code from the authenticator app to enable two-factor authentication.
