What is your refund policy?

Here’s our refund policy:

  • Automatic Refund: You’ll receive a refund automatically through Express Guarantee if the IRS rejects your Form 7004 or 4868 due to a duplicate filing with error codes [F7004-011-03] or [R0000-902-01]. Other error types are not covered.

  • Tax Professional Exemption: Refunds are not available for users signing in as Tax Professionals (e.g., CPA, ERO, Reporting Agent, PEO, CPEO, or Paid Preparer).

  • Post-Submission Refunds: No refunds are provided once the form has been transmitted to the IRS.

  • Refund Requests: Requests for refunds made after 30 days will not be processed.

  • Prepaid Credits: Refunds are not available if you paid using prepaid credits.

  • Bulk Filers: Refunds do not apply to bulk return filers.

  • Package Pricing: Refunds or partial refunds are not provided for package pricing that includes both Form 4868 & 7004 or 7004 & 4868.

  • Re-transmission: You can retransmit the rejected form at no additional cost. However, creating a new form will incur an extra charge.

  • Refund Claim Restrictions: You cannot update or transmit the original return once a refund is claimed.
