Is there any condition to get a refund through Express Guarantee?

Yes, you will automatically receive a refund through Express Guarantee if the IRS rejects your Form 7004 or 4868 as a duplicate filing with error code [F7004-011-03] or [R0000-902-01]. If your extension is rejected for any other reason, you can correct the error and retransmit the extension to the IRS at no additional cost.

Please note that the Express Guarantee does not apply to packages that include both Form 4868 and Form 7004. If you selected a package pricing option and e-filed both forms and one of the forms is rejected as a duplicate filing, you will not be eligible for a partial refund under the Express Guarantee refund policy.
