Here is our Refund Policy,

• You will get a refund automatically through Express Guarantee if the IRS rejects your form 7004 or 4868 as a duplicate filing with error code [F7004-011-03] or [R0000-902-01]. Other errors are not applicable.
• Under Express Guarantee, refunds will not be provided to those who sign in as Tax professionals (also called CPA, ERO, Reporting Agent, PEO, CPEO or Paid Preparer) 
• No refunds will be allowed once the form has been transmitted to the IRS.
• Refund requests after 30 days will not be processed.
• Refunds would not be processed under Express Guarantee if you paid using prepaid credits.
• Refunds do not apply to bulk return filers.
• Under Express Guarantee, refund or partial refunds will not be provided if you purchase our package pricing that includes both forms (form 4868 & 7004 or 7004 & 4868).
• You can retransmit the rejected form for no additional cost, but creating a new form will incur an additional cost.
• Once you claim the refund, you cannot update or transmit the original return.
