You have the option to view and download a copy of your transmitted extension form either from the 'Efile and Print' page after transmitting your form, or from your account "dashboard."

To download a copy of your transmitted Extension form from the dashboard, follow the steps below:

  • Sign in to your account.
  • From the dashboard, click ‘View’ under the Action column.

This allows you to view and download a copy of your transmitted Extension form.
