What if I lost my Mobile device in which I installed the authentication app?

If you have lost the mobile device on which you installed your authentication app, you should take immediate steps to secure your accounts. You can take any of the following steps:
- Access your accounts from a trusted device: If you have another trusted device, such as a laptop or tablet, try to access your accounts from that device to see if you can still log in.
- Contact our Expressextension support team: If you can't access your accounts, contact our ExpressExtension support team at 803-514-5155 or chat with us and let us know that you have lost your phone and you can't access your accounts. We may then verify your identity and restore your access.
