Alaska doesn’t require businesses to file any separate extension form with the state to extend the time to file an Alaska tax return.
If the business has an approved federal tax extension, then the state of Alaska will grant an automatic extension of time extending the Alaska return due date to 30 days after the federal extended due date.
Extension Form to use
State of Alaska doesn't have specific state tax extension form. A federal extension form 7004 is enough.
