The State of Arkansas doesn’t require businesses (Corporation, S-Corporations, partnerships, and fiduciaries) to file a separate business tax extension form if having an approved federal tax extension Form 7004. The extended deadline for the state tax return will be the same as the federal tax return.
If your federal extension was rejected or you didn’t apply for a federal extension, you can file a separate Arkansas business tax extension Form by the original due date of your Arkansas tax return to get an extension of time to file the Arkansas business income tax return.
