Oregon doesn’t require businesses to file any separate extension form with the state. If the business (LLCs taxed as Corporations, or S-Corporations, partnerships, and fiduciary) has filed a valid federal tax extension, then the state of Oregon will grant an automatic extension of time to file their business income tax return. A copy of your federal application should be attached to your state return when it’s filed.
Extension Form to use
There is no state-specific form to request an OR extension. Businesses can file a federal Form 7004 to obtain an extension with the state of Oregon.
