What is Form 8453-TE?
Form 8453-TE is the Tax Exempt Entity Declaration and Signature for Electronic Filing, used to:

Authenticate taxpayers when they electronically file Forms 990, 990-EZ, 990-PF, 1120-POL, 4720, 5330, and 8868.

Authorize the ERO (Electronic Return Originator), if any, to transmit via a third-party transmitter.

Authorize the intermediate service provider (ISP) to transmit via a third-party transmitter if you're filing online (not using an ERO).

Authorize an electronic funds withdrawal for payment of federal taxes owed (for Forms 990-PF, 990-T, 1120-POL, 4720, 5330, or 8868 with payment).
