South Carolina doesn’t require businesses (C-corporations, S-corporations, partnerships, and fiduciaries) to file a separate Business Tax extension form if they have an approved federal extension by filing Form 7004

If you do not apply for a federal extension or if your request for a federal extension was denied and you owe tax on your business income tax return, you can file a separate South Carolina business tax extension form to get an extension of time to file the South Carolina business income tax return.
